What we collect

• Account and order data — name, email, phone, business address, machine details, the locations you shortlist, and your acceptance of our terms (including the time, your IP address and browser).
• Payments — processed by Stripe. We store Stripe identifiers and amounts; we never see or store card numbers.
• Venue enquiries — the details you give us when asking to host a machine.
• Alerts — your email and the area and machine type you asked to be notified about.
• Usage — standard server logs and privacy-respecting analytics. We do not sell data.

Why

To run your order, place your machine, pay venues, send the alerts you asked for, meet our legal record-keeping obligations, and improve the site. Order data is shared with our operations system so a placement specialist can work your order, and with the venue once you have claimed a location.

Your choices

Email hello@pinpointvending.com to access, correct or delete your data, or to stop alerts. We keep order and acceptance records for as long as the law requires us to.
